Acceptance of Terms

By using the OrbitArticles website, requesting a quote, placing an order, or communicating with our team for service purposes, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement.
• You will use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
• The information you provide to us is accurate and complete.

These terms apply to all visitors, clients, contributors, and anyone else who accesses or uses our website or services.

Services Offered

OrbitArticles offers the following services, subject to availability and pricing agreed upon at the time of order:

• Guest Posting We secure editorial placements on high-DA, niche-relevant third-party websites on behalf of clients. All guest posts are written by our in-house niche-expert writers and placed on real, indexed websites with genuine organic traffic.
• Niche Edits / Link Insertion We insert client backlinks into aged, indexed articles on authoritative third-party websites. Placements are contextual, editorial, and manually outreached.
• Press Release Distribution We write and distribute professionally formatted press releases to a vetted network of 400+ media outlets and news portals, including Google News-indexed publications.
• Blogger Outreach Services We conduct personalised, manual outreach to bloggers and publishers in your niche to secure editorial placements, either from your supplied site list or from a prospect list we build on your behalf.
• Article & Blog Writing We produce SEO-optimised, E-E-A-T compliant, human-written articles and blog posts for use on-site, as guest post content, or for other editorial purposes.
• DA / DR Building Services We execute structured, white-hat link acquisition campaigns designed to systematically increase a website’s Domain Authority (Moz) and Domain Rating (Ahrefs) over time.
• OrbitArticles reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

Orders, Payments, and Billing

• Quotes and Pricing All service pricing is provided upon request through our quote system at orbitarticles.com/contact-us. Prices are subject to change without notice and apply to new orders only. Custom packages are available for agencies and bulk orders.
• Payment Terms Payment is required before work commences unless a separate written agreement has been established. We accept payment via the methods detailed in your invoice or during the checkout process.
• Invoicing Upon order confirmation, an invoice will be issued detailing the agreed service, scope, delivery timeline, and total amount due. Services will not begin until payment is confirmed.
• Taxes Prices quoted are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Clients are responsible for any local taxes, VAT, or duties applicable in their jurisdiction.
• Refunds Refunds are subject to the stage of work completed at the time of the refund request. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. Once a guest post, niche edit, or press release has been successfully placed and the live URL delivered, no refund will be issued for that placement.

Delivery Timelines

OrbitArticles operates to the following standard delivery timelines, which begin from the date of confirmed payment and receipt of all required client information:

• Guest Posts: 7–14 business days
• Niche Edits: 3–7 business days
• Press Release Distribution: 24–72 hours for distribution; full pickup report within 5–7 business days
• Blogger Outreach Campaigns: 2–4 weeks from prospect list confirmation
• Article & Blog Writing: 3–10 business days depending on word count
• DA / DR Building Campaigns: Ongoing monthly delivery per agreed cycle

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be subject to delays caused by publisher review times, editorial queues, or other factors outside OrbitArticles’ control. We will notify clients of any material delays.

Client Responsibilities

To enable OrbitArticles to deliver services effectively, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate target URLs, anchor text preferences, niche details, and any other relevant campaign information in a timely manner.
• Respond to communications from OrbitArticles within a reasonable time frame.
• Ensure that the websites and content they direct us to promote do not violate any applicable laws, infringe third-party intellectual property, or contain content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or in violation of Google’s Webmaster Guidelines.
• Not request that OrbitArticles place links to websites involved in illegal activities, adult content, gambling, pharmaceutical abuse, or any other prohibited category as determined at our discretion.

OrbitArticles reserves the right to decline or cancel any order if the client’s website or requested target URL is deemed inappropriate, harmful, or in violation of our quality standards.

Link Placement and Permanence

• Permanent Placements OrbitArticles works exclusively with publishers who agree to maintain placements permanently. We do not use link rental or temporary placement models.
• Replacement Guarantee In the rare event that a placed backlink is removed within 60 days of the original placement date, OrbitArticles will provide a free replacement link of equivalent or greater quality at no additional cost to the client.
• Post-60-Day Removals OrbitArticles does not guarantee the permanence of links beyond the 60-day replacement window. We are not responsible for links removed after 60 days due to third-party publisher decisions, website changes, or domain expiry beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to assist in replacement when notified.
• Publisher Independence All third-party websites used in our placements are independent entities. OrbitArticles does not own, control, or operate these websites and is not liable for any content published on them beyond the specific article or insertion we have placed.

Intellectual Property

• Content Ownership All articles, press releases, and written content produced by OrbitArticles remain the intellectual property of OrbitArticles until full payment has been received, at which point ownership transfers to the client.
• Client Content By providing content, logos, brand assets, or any other materials to OrbitArticles for use in service delivery, you confirm that you hold all necessary rights to that material and grant OrbitArticles a non-exclusive licence to use it solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed service.
• Website Content All content published on orbitarticles.com — including text, graphics, logos, and service descriptions — is the intellectual property of OrbitArticles and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without express written permission.

Confidentiality

OrbitArticles treats all client campaign details, target URLs, anchor text strategies, and business information as confidential. We do not share client-specific information with third parties except where required to fulfil the service (e.g., sharing article content with a publisher to complete a placement). We offer white-label services for agencies and treat all white-label client identities as strictly confidential.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use OrbitArticles’ website or services to:

• Promote websites or content that violate applicable laws or regulations.
• Promote websites involved in the sale of illegal substances, weapons, counterfeit goods, or fraudulent services.
• Submit false or misleading information during the ordering or outreach process.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit our publisher network, outreach methods, or proprietary processes.
• Use our services to engage in spam, manipulative link schemes, or any practice that violates Google’s Search Essentials or any other major search engine’s guidelines.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse any member of the OrbitArticles team.

OrbitArticles reserves the right to terminate access to its services for any client found to be in violation of these prohibitions, without refund.

Disclaimer of Warranties

OrbitArticles provides its services on an “as available” basis. While we take every reasonable measure to deliver high-quality placements and accurate reporting, we do not guarantee:

• Specific improvements to search engine rankings, keyword positions, or organic traffic as a result of our services.
• Specific DA or DR score increases within defined timeframes (though we provide realistic benchmarks based on historical campaign data).
• That any third-party publisher will accept and permanently retain a placed link indefinitely beyond our 60-day replacement window.
• Uninterrupted, error-free operation of our website.

SEO outcomes are influenced by many external factors including search engine algorithm changes, website content quality, competitive landscapes, and client site health — all of which are beyond OrbitArticles’ control.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, OrbitArticles and its directors, employees, contractors, and partners shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
• Loss of revenue, rankings, or traffic resulting from search engine algorithm updates, manual penalties applied to the client’s site, or other factors outside our control.
• Any content published on third-party websites where we have placed links.
• Any damages exceeding the total amount paid by the client for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OrbitArticles and its officers, employees, agents, and contractors from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

Third-Party Links and Websites

Our website may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes. These links do not constitute an endorsement of those websites or their content. OrbitArticles has no control over third-party websites and accepts no responsibility for their content, policies, or practices.
